Original Arcade Hardware Only Boot ROMs (U98)

The following ROMs can ONLY be used with original Killer Instinct 2 hard drives.

ki2_l10.zip - Killer Instinct 2 boot ROM L1.0
ki2_l11.zip - Killer Instinct 2 boot ROM L1.1
ki2_l13.zip - Killer Instinct 2 boot ROM L1.3
ki2_l13k.zip - Killer Instinct 2 boot ROM L1.3 (kit) - Only for KI2 conversion PCBs (requires KI2 interface PCB)
ki2_l14.zip - Killer Instinct 2 boot ROM L1.4
ki2_l14k.zip - Killer Instinct 2 boot ROM L1.4 (kit) - Only for KI2 conversion PCBs (requires KI2 interface PCB)

* All of the above ROM releases can be played in MAME. These ROMs were never released with support for alternate hard drives or CF-IDE kits.

"Any-IDE" Boot ROMs (U98)

These ROMs are for original or alternate hard drive models as well as CompactFlash (or other) IDE adapters:

ki2l14ai.zip - Killer Instinct 2 boot ROM L1.4p (AI) - Allows for ANY IDE drive to be used with dedicated KI2 hardware
ki2l14ak.zip - Killer Instinct 2 boot ROM D1.4p (AI) - Allows for ANY IDE drive to be used with KI2 conversion PCBs (requires KI2 interface PCB)

Sound ROMs (U10-13, U33-36)
